WHAT WE DO
TRAINING / COACHING
Second edition!
You work for an ensemble and feel that the
should take place at international level?
Then we have the perfect training for you!
During an entire month, we will alternate online collective and individual sessions, as well as individual work.
The goal is to support you in creating a strategy for international development and better prepare you to present your ensemble,
your programmes and raison d’être.
The next training will take place in November 2024.
You can find all information here.

New! Individual coaching! You direct/ menage an ensemble and would like to be supported in its development?
We have two coaching offers for you!
Got your groove? offers a four-month of intensive coaching to help you better develop your ensemble. Together, we’ll identify your strengths and weaknesses, analyze where you might fit in amongst your competitors, and help you develop a strategy to reach your goals. To kick off our time together, we will define some areas of improvements (strategic/ international development, artistic identity and concert sales, communication and promotion...) and list your objectives. We will then meet once a month online for four months for feedback and consultation. We adapt to your needs.
Got your spark? gives you the opportunity to dive in and discuss your ensemble for an hour and a half, and to ask any question you may have around your chosen topic. We can help you identify and manage your weaknesses, make the most of your strengths, and orient your ensemble in its development. Before the session, we will give you some homework, and we will ask you to send us information, questions and promotional materials, as well as the topics you would like us to work on with you, so we can be as effective as possible.
All information available here.

HELENA DE WINTER
Co-founder Consultant and expert in EU projects and international development, trainer, workshop facilitator, writer Having grown up in a mixture of cultures and lived in different countries (France where she is based, UK, Germany, Finland), Helena is convinced that international and European cultural cooperation can only have strong and positive consequences both for organisations and people involved. As Secretary General of REMA (European Early Music Network), she has had to define strategies for the network, (successfully) apply for European funding and manage the funded projects. When she worked for the European Union Baroque Orchestra (2009-2011) she loved organising concert tours and being in contact with European concert organisers. A passionate European, she thrives in a multi-cultural and linguistic environment. Helena holds a master’s degree in cultural management from the Dauphine University in Paris and a master’s degree in intercultural communication from the Saarland, Metz and Luxembourg Universities.
